The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development is urging its members to agree to major changes in tax rules for multinational corporations to prevent those firms from escaping their tax obligations.
"It is about time.. and it is the result of a lot of hard work by citizen tax activists who have been making this argument for years," says C4TF executive director, Dennis Howlett.
